Achievement of Narendra Modi itself witnesses that he is a man of his words. He has even proved it through his efforts that he himself made for the growth and development of Gujarat. He said that every leader must fulfil all its duties with determination which is impossible without a will to serve the nation and its people. He emphasized focus on the words of current Prime Minister who always speaks about inclusive growth, which according to Modi is impossible without educating poor about their capacity to earn their livelihood. He even said for the leaders that they must always be ready for the criticism if are running away from the responsibilities, which have become a fashion these days as if everyone must have worked adequately, the condition of the nation must have been much better than the current state.
